A very warm welcome to you!
A swisher of pencils, a waver of brushes. Born in the last millennium in the Garden of England known as Kent, not just a random garden in England, I picked up colour pencils due to my admiration of those that could create. Accessible and vibrant, colour pencils immediately appealed and I have since developed the same level of obsession with other media.
Just a little mad, maybe so. I like to stare at blank paper, occasionally making marks on it, and talk to whatever appears before me. Initially attracted to portraits, I now enjoy producing varying subjects using a range of media.

Exhibitions... so much to see!
UKCPS Annual Open Exhibition
As a proud member of the UK Colour Pencil Society, it has been fabulous to have the opportunity to have artwork juried in to exhibitions.
One of those was the UKCPS 20th Anniversary Gala, held at the Oxo in London, and what a wonderful show it was! Full of incredible work from colour pencil artists all over the world. Having artwork juried in on a few occasions means that I have now achieved Signature Status too, which is lovely!
Sketch for Survival - Explorers Against Extinction
This is a great annual event that raises money for conservation. Thousands of entries are received every year from wonderful artists around the world in all media. Getting juried in is not easy, so I was delighted to achieve that, to make the Finalist selection and have my artwork auctioned to raise funds.
Artist Grade Materials only!
Did you know that some art materials will literally fade while your back is turned! It is a shocker, but true - poor quality pinks, for example, can speed off into the sunset faster than you can say light fugitive. You will find no such shenanigans here though, only light fast, law abiding artist grade materials used for all my work.
The materials I use have been carefully selected for their durability, longevity, and ability to preserve the integrity of the artwork. Colour pencil is a wonderful, professional medium and for my colour pencil work and work with other mediums, I use only materials with the highest light fast ratings, maximum beauty and nicest aroma!
So whether you buy an original or a print, you can rest assured that your artwork will stand the test of time and provide enjoyment for many years to come.
Professional materials throughout, to stand the test of time 😊

”Didn't you just grow up so fast. Seems like only yesterday your Dad ran over your go cart, now you have a real car! Thank you for the lovely artwork in the dining room. Is that what you wanted me to say?”
- Spencer's Mum
”Oh, yes, did you do that? Not bad, not bad! What is it? The eye's wonky though. Hmm? Are you sure? Ok, well I suppose so, very good. Is that a new shirt you've got on? Bit tight isn't it.”
